What is a proof?

An Artwork Proof is an essential part of any printing or promotional merchandising project. The artwork proof is basically a design layout. More importantly, the artwork proof allows you to visualize a logo or design on a product. Verify the intended design prior to printing or production

 

Proof time line,

 

For digital products you will receive the first proof between 2-3 business days. For tangible products the digital proof will be available in 1-2 business days.

 

For digital products you have 4-7 business days to make changes unless prior arrangements have been made we will run what we have in file.

 

For tangible products we will not begin production on the actual product until you have replied to our email with confirmation. After 14 Days we will issue a partial refund (please see “tangible partial refund section)

 

 

Refunds

 

Tangible products:

 

 

Full Refund (your full amount will be refunded as long as you notify us within 2 business days and product cannot be approved by you, minus the cost of processing fee)

 

 

25% Refund (will be your full amount minus 25% and minus the cost of processing fee, you have to notify us within 5 business days of purchase and product cannot be approved by you)

 

 

40% Refund (will be your full amount minus 40% and minus the cost of processing fee, you have to notify us before we ship, even if approved by you)

 

 

50% refund (will be your full amount minus 50% and minus the cost of processing fee, shipping, and return shipping (unless you provide return shipping), will be honored until 30 days from day you receive.

 

 

0% refund (will be the full amount, this is if the product has a defect or isn’t what you ordered, will be honored until 30 days from the day you received the shipment, no cost to you 100% money back)

 

 

 

Digital Products Refund:

12% Refund (will be your full amount minus 12% and minus the cost of processing fee, you have to notify us within 5 business days of purchase and product cannot be approved by you)

 

 

40% refund (will be your full amount minus 40% and minus the cost of processing fee, minus the cost of digital products set up (domain name, cost of first month hosting) will be honored until 30 days from day you receive.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We will notify  you of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer small box $10.99, medium box $20.99, Large Box $35.99 flat rate shipping to the continental US for any order over $99, for a more personalized shipping quote contact us today.

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 30 miles of our store, For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 209 S Main St Suite C Hillsboro, IL 62049. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday through Friday (Saturdays & Sundays by appt). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at advertisingonmain@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at advertisingonmain@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
